Chicken 1 kg
Onion (finely sliced) (4 / 300g)
Yoghurt (whipped) 1 – 1 ½ Cups / 225g – 300g
Garlic (freshly grounded) 2 Tablespoon / 40g
Ginger (finely Chopped) 1 Tablespoon 15g
Ghee / Oil 1 Cup / 175g
Mehran Chicken Masala 1 Packet

In a deep pan heat oil and fry the onions till light brown. Remove the onions and drain on an absorbent paper. When cool, crush it and keep aside.

In the same oil / ghee add the chicken and fry well. Add chopped ginger, garlic and fry well until color changes.

Now add Mehran Chicken Masala. Mix yoghurt and the fried crisp onions stirring constantly for 10 minutes until the spices are well cooked and oil starts to separate from the mass. (Add one cup of water for smother gravy and cook for an extra 15 minutes).

Dilicious Mehran Chicken Masala is ready. Serve it with hot Crisp nans, roti or taftans.

Suggestion: For milder taste reduce the quantity of spice to half.
